A Derby accountant who joined TC Group in 2017 has been promoted to director after progressing through the firm’s local team.
Michael Dolman officially became a director of TC Group Derby Limited on 1 July 2026, marking the latest stage of a career that has seen him qualify with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and advance into management.
In his new position, Michael will continue advising businesses and individuals across Derbyshire while helping to develop the firm’s audit and advisory services.
He will also support the training and progression of other employees within TC Group’s Derby office.

Michael said he was proud to have reached the milestone after almost nine years with the firm.
